Delete from within the Volyia app
The fastest way to delete your account. Takes about 15 seconds:
- Open the Volyia app on your phone
- Go to the You tab (bottom navigation)
- Tap Settings
- Scroll to the Account section
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm to complete deletion — this is irreversible
Your account, profile, and personal data are removed from our servers immediately. You will be signed out and returned to the welcome screen.

Or delete by email
If you can't access the app — phone lost, account locked, or you've uninstalled — email us directly:
- Send an email to privacy@goshenconsultingllc.com
- Send from the email address associated with your Volyia account (this is how we verify it's really you)
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Body: tell us you'd like your account and all data deleted
We'll verify your identity, delete your account, and reply to confirm — typically within 1–2 business days, always within 30 days as required by law.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove the following from our active systems:
- Your account profile (email, name, username, authentication credentials)
- Your onboarding inputs (typical sleep window, wake window, meal regularity, hydration habits, movement frequency, goals)
- Your mood entries from the Bedtime Ritual and any reasons you logged
- Your self-reported wellness inputs and habit logs
- Your daily plans, Life Rhythm Score history, and pattern insights
- Step count and activity data synced to your account
- Notification preferences and any other personalization data
What may be retained (and for how long)
A few categories of information may be retained for limited, lawful purposes:
- Encrypted backups: Residual data in our backups is securely isolated and deleted on a rolling schedule — fully purged within 30 days of your deletion request.
- Legal & tax records: If you've ever made a paid purchase, we may retain anonymized transaction records as required for tax, accounting, or anti-fraud purposes — never your personal account data.
- Aggregated, anonymized statistics: Once anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to you, aggregate usage data may be retained for product improvement.
Cancelling a paid subscription
Deleting your Volyia account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions are billed by those platforms, not by Volyia, so you'll need to cancel separately:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Volyia → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Open Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Volyia → Cancel
If you cancel before your current billing period ends, you keep access until that period ends; you won't be charged again.
If you used Volyia without signing in
Volyia supports anonymous mode — using the app without creating an account. In that case, all your data lives only on your device. To delete it, simply uninstall the app and any local data is removed with it. There's nothing on our servers to delete.
Data held by other platforms
If a future release of Volyia integrates with Apple Health or Health Connect, any data held inside those platforms is owned and managed by Apple or Google, not by Volyia. Deleting your Volyia account does not delete that platform-held data. You can manage and delete it through Apple's Health app or Android's Health Connect settings directly.
