Delete from within the Volyia app
The fastest way to delete your account. Takes about 15 seconds:
- Open the Volyia app on your phone
- Go to the You tab (bottom navigation)
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Tap Delete account and data (signed in) or Erase all Volyia data (guest)
- Confirm to complete deletion — this is irreversible
For a signed-in user, Volyia removes the account and synced application rows from active systems. In both modes, it cancels scheduled Volyia reminders and alarms, clears local routine and wellness data, clears cached AI results, and returns to the welcome screen.

Or delete by email
If you can't access the app — phone lost, account locked, or you've uninstalled — email us directly:
- Send an email to privacy@goshenconsultingllc.com
- Send from the email address associated with your Volyia account (this is how we verify it's really you)
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Body: tell us you'd like your account and all data deleted
We'll verify your identity, delete your account, and reply to confirm — typically within 1–2 business days, always within 30 days as required by law.
What gets deleted
When a signed-in user deletes an account, Volyia removes the following from active systems and clears the applicable local data from the device:
- Your Supabase authentication account and email or provider identifier
- Your synced onboarding profile and synced mood entries
- On-device routines, day types, alarms, notification preferences, hydration, meals, movement, mood, sleep check-ins, time-off records, Momentum activity, and cached AI results
- Cached Apple Health sleep summaries stored by Volyia on the device; records held inside Apple Health remain controlled by Apple
What may be retained (and for how long)
A few categories of information may be retained for limited, lawful purposes:
- Provider backups and security records: deleted data may remain temporarily in protected backups or operational logs according to our providers' documented retention and recovery schedules, where it is not available for ordinary product use.
- Store and transaction records: Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain subscription, transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting records under their own obligations.
- Optional diagnostics: previously sent PostHog or Sentry records follow their configured retention. You can request deletion by emailing the privacy address above.
- Aggregated information: information already de-identified so it can no longer reasonably be linked to you may be retained.
Cancelling a paid subscription
Deleting your Volyia account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions are billed by those platforms, not by Volyia, so you'll need to cancel separately:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Volyia → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Open Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Volyia → Cancel
If you cancel before your current billing period ends, you keep access until that period ends; you won't be charged again.
If you used Volyia without signing in
Guest use is local-only for routine and wellness data. Open the You tab and tap Erase all Volyia data to clear it without uninstalling. Deleting the app or clearing its storage also removes local data. Billing providers may still hold subscription records if you purchased Plus without connecting a Volyia account.
Data held by other platforms
On supported iPhones, Volyia can read Apple Health Sleep Analysis only after permission. Deleting Volyia data clears Volyia's local cache but does not delete records held inside Apple Health. Manage those records in Apple's Health app. Volyia does not currently connect to Android Health Connect.
