These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Goshen Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of Volyia, including our website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Volyia is a daily rhythm and habit application. It builds an adaptive daily brief around your real habits, helps you wake up through challenge-based alarms (Tap-to-Wake, Space Maze, Rooster Run, or Gentle Wake), tracks your mood and habits, calculates a Life Rhythm Score, and surfaces patterns in your own data through the Insights tab. Volyia is a productivity and wellness tool designed to support your daily routine.
Volyia is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or healthcare advice. The Service — including its Rhythm Score, pattern insights, sleep and mood tracking, and wellness suggestions — is for informational and self-improvement purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about your health, sleep, nutrition, mental wellbeing, or exercise. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or saw in Volyia. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Volyia. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly at support@goshenconsultingllc.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us.

Volyia surfaces insights and recommendations based on patterns in your data. These insights are general wellness observations, not directives, and can occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for using your own judgment when acting on any suggestion. Volyia's insights should never override your own knowledge of your body, your doctor's guidance, or common sense.
Volyia requests permission to read your device's daily step count from your built-in pedometer and to schedule notifications. In future releases, Volyia may offer integration with Apple Health or Health Connect; if so, you will be asked for explicit permission at that time, and any such data will be handled in compliance with Apple and Google platform requirements and described in our updated Privacy Policy.
The Service and all of its content, features, design, software, and underlying technology are owned by Goshen Consulting LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. The Volyia name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Goshen Consulting LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. The data you create (your logs, plans, and entries) remains yours.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that alarms, notifications, or insights will always be delivered accurately or on time. You are responsible for any consequences of relying on the Service, including for waking up on time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goshen Consulting LLC and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
